We can not store luggage but please see lockerbarcelona.com - There is a 50 euro charge for the professional cleaning that takes place before check in and for the freshly laundered towels and linen and to be met at the apartment with the keys. This is split and paid to the cleaner and to the check in staff if you check in BEFORE 9pm. The clean and greet fee costs more after 9pm.
To book: 75% Is due at time of booking by bank transfer to a UK bank account or by PayPal/Credit Card. This can be split into 2 payments if it is a larger booking or far in advance.
The remaining 25% is to be paid in CASH on arrival to the meeter and greeter in EUROS.
PayPal and international bank transfers will incur a 4% charge payable by the guest.
A full refund of the deposit given if cancellations are made within 30 days of arrival, after 30 days no refund. - Payment by UK Bank Transfer, International Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Debit Card ( via PayPal) (not Paypal eCheque)
