Solana Resort House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $110/nt US Dollars
- Christmas, New Years: $1,050/week;
Holidays: Spring Break, Construction worker's in Quebec, etc.: $1,050/week;
Pool Heat is optional and is an additional $175/wk ($25/day);
Stays of less than one week will be charge a cleaning fee of $90.00;
All rates do not include state and tourist development taxes of 12%
A $250 refundable security deposit is necessary. This deposit will be sent back to you within 14 days after your departure date.
Pet fee: $250 per stay. - Dates Available: Year Round
