Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Upon confirmation of the reservation we send you an email contract with the rental rate, what is included in the rate, the the refundable security amount. We ask you to digitally sign and return a copy to us.
A schedule of payments depending on the total amount is sent to allow you to make partial payments up to a month before arrival.
Full payment is required prior to first day of rental.
A security deposit of 20% of total rental fee is required upon booking the apartment. This is intended for accidental breakage or repair. The security deposit will be refunded less breakage and repair costs a week after departure.
If booked via the Site, payments can be made through Mastercard,Visa and American Express. Payments can also be made via PayPal if you have a PayPal account. - We rent the entire apartment to each visitor. We do not rent individual rooms. We can accommodate up to six individuals. No pets are allowed. We will negotiate a special group rate for groups renting more than a week. We also can provide discounted monthly rates during the off season.

- Master bedroom decorated in medieval style- four posted bed, marble side tables. Beds in each of the other bathrooms have pullout to convert from single to a twin. All bedroom windows face the sea and provide a wonderful view of Tuscany. The couch in the living room can be converted to a double bed. Each bedroom is fully furnished and has bureaus for clothes.
