Summer Place is a small kid-friendly community with a private neighborhood pool right off of First street, which borders the beach. - While the beds easily sleep 14, the two extra mattresses and the portable crib have enabled families to expand the sleeping number past 14. The Upstairs Master has a huge bathroom and a porch that overlooks Summer Place. The Upstairs Queen is down a hall way and enables the guest to get a away from the group for a quiet break. The Upstairs Doubles are great for a foursome of kids or a small family. The Downstairs Bunks, when combined with the extra twin mattresses that are stored under the Double beds have held 6+ kids. The Downstairs Queen is unique in that it has access to a bathroom that can be accessed by all during the day and closed off at night for access by the guest of this room.
