Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $490/week plus tax
- $40 cleaning fee required (made payable to CondoKeepers); $150 refundable security deposit required
20% deposit required at time of signing lease agreement; Balance of rent, along with cleaning fee and security deposit are due within 30 days of your stay
State and County Taxes of 10.4% are not included in the rates reflected
Payment is to be made via check, money order or cash -- we do not accept credit cards at this time
POLICE, FIRE FIGHTERS, ACTIVE MILITARY ARE GIVEN A 10% DISCOUNT AS WELL AS RETURNING GUESTS - CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00 P.M. AND CHECK OUT IS AT NOON.
