Kingston Plantation Condo Rates

Special starting Monday, Memorial Day, May 27th until Saturday, June 1. Five nights and six days for $500 including golf cart. This price includes all taxes, cleaning, etc. We can sleep six and have all LCD tvs and the TWC sports package,
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $600 - $1,200 wk US Dollars
- NOTE: All rates include taxes and cleaning fees!
June (first 3 weeks) - $1,000
July & early August - $1,200 week (Saturday arrival/departure)
August (last 2 weeks) - $1,000
September & October - $700 week or $115 - $125 night for at least 2 nights
November & December - $600 week or $115 - $125 night for at least 2 nights
January, February, & March - $500 week or $115 - $125 for at least 2 nights
April - $700 & May - $900 week or $115 - $135 night for at least 3 nights
Monthly winter and short-term rentals are available. Please call if interested.
