Bottom Bay Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
Payment methods accepted are Bank wire transfer, personal cheque and Paypal.
Terms and Conditions are available on request and are sent automatically with booking form. - A security deposit of $500US will be required before arrival. This can be a personal cheque and will be returned in full after the property has been checked for damages.
The amount of deposit required to secure booking is 50% of rental cost.
The final payment is due at least 30 days before arrival.
Cleaning is arranged weekly. Additional cleaning will incur an additional charge.
