We discount for US Military, active duty or retired, police and firefighters, with ID; Credit Cards accepted online and by phone. U.S. personal checks and cashiers checks (only if received 15 days or more in advance) - *****Please note. We often have multiple requests for the same dates. Not everyone who asks for a contract returns it or has the courtesy to notify us that they have changed their mind. Therefore, we will hold your reservation for up to 5 days if you are paying by check, three days if paying by credit card If less than 5 days has passed, we will make every effort to contact you to verify your stay as we want the first person requesting the property to have first priority. It's rare but on occasion it does happen that we must enforce this policy. *****
Refundable security deposit required, Rates do not include taxes and cleaning
Pet Fee: $35, plus additional $100 refundable security deposit. No more than two house trained dogs allowed. Must be leashed when outside.
Holiday & Summer reservations: no refund of reservation deposit if reservation is cancelled less than 31 days prior to check in. All other times, reservation must be cancelled 15 days in advance for refund
