Brooklyn Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 deposit( non refundable)
- $75 cleaning fee (cleaning occurs after checking out) unless you request cleaning during your visit. We supply clean sheets and towels for up to one week.( If you stay more than a week you will be responsible for washing your own sheets and towels)
$20 additional cost after 2nd guest.( children under 5 stay for free..up to two children)
$150 ( non refundable deposit to hold rental) Balance paid one day before you arrive. or by cash upon arrival. - Remember to Move you car for street cleaning every other day
Mon/ Thursday one side Tuesday/ Friday the other side.....(Sat Sun Wed...no street cleaning.)
Please take your trash out every day. Wash your dishes at night...lock doors.
