Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Jan.-Mar. monthly only, no weekly rental $2,995 per month + $100 Cleaning Fee.
Apr.-Dec. weekly rate $995, monthly $2,495 + $100 Cleaning Fee
$199 per night with a 3 night minimum. Cleaning Fee included.
$250 refundable sec.dep. ($500 with pet) OR $49 non-refundable damage insurance
50% of rent due 60 days before weekly rental arrival-120 days before montly rental.
Remainder due 14 days before for weekly, 28 days before for monthly rental.
