- The second floor bathroom is large--it used to be one of the bedrooms. The bath makes for grand relaxation, and opening the curtain offers a few of the bay. (No one can see it at that elevation.)

- The couch in the living room is large enough that an average adult could easily sleep on it. The downstairs bedroom-study has a large bay window in front with a fine view of the water. All the rooms are furnished sparingly, with antiques. Decorations have deliberately been kept to a minimum in keeping with the peaceful feel of the house (though the small bedroom has somehow acquired the name of Lavender Room.)
