Bequia Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We require a $750 deposit at least two weeks prior to your arrival. The remainder of the rental is due upon your arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
The local exchange rate is E.C.$ 2.68 TO USD$1.00. The Eastern Caribbean currency is tied to the U.S. dollar.
Our peak season begins November 1 and ends June 30.
Our minimum rental is one week.
We offer discounts for stays longer than two weeks.
We will send you a rental agreement at the time of booking.
Agnew Hall is one of five houses available for rental by Moonhole Company.
Agnew Hall is being offered for rental for the first time this year. Recent visitors have been lavish in their praise of the newly-renovated house. - Agnew Hall is equipped with a full kitchen, including a refrigerator/freezer and stove.
We provide portage, trash removal, cooking and cleaning services, and fuel as part of the rental rate.
Guests have access to the beaches, paths and trails throughout our compound.

- We collect all our water from the sky and store it in large stone cisterns built into the walls of the house. Each bathroom has a fresh water shower. Hot showers are provided by portable solar showers heated by the sun during the afternoon. Each bathroom has a view of the tropical gardens, the wide bay and the sand beach below.

- Each newly-refurbished bedroom has a private seating area with views of the sea and islands to both the north and south Large windows admit the constant trade winds to cool the rooms. At night lighting is provided by portable rechargeable solar lights and lanterns. Each room has ample closet space and each has its own small private bathroom. The rooms are adorned with whalebone sculptures, handmade furniture made with whalebones and Guyana “green heart” and a bright array of Caribbean colors. The beds are fitted with handmade mosquito nets. Both bedrooms overlook the 'Moonhole' -an enormous natural rock arch, a landmark for sailors where our founder built the first stone abode.
