Dionis Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $500.00 security deposit required one month prior to beginning of rental.
Half rental fee due with booking, and 2nd half due one month prior to rental.
Cleaning will be deducted from security deposit at the end of the rental.
Standard turn-over cleaning is 3 hours at $30.00 per hour
Any damage will be deducted from security deposit, balance left will be returned to renter within 30 days.
Maid service is available for $30 per hour with minimum of 2 hours required and needs to be set up when
booking the rental.
