- All bookings require a 200.00 security deposit, refund dependent upon post-inspection.
For those renting with pets, a pet fee of $75.00 is required. Non-refundable.
All bookings are subject to a 75.00 cleaning fee in addition to rental and deposit(s) fee(s). This fee is based on a 4-person reservation. Additional persons increase cleaning fee 10.00 per person.
