Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175/nt - $1000//wk US Dollars
- $175/night .. $1000/week (Double Occupancy Plus 9% Lodging Tax). Small Accidental damage insurance fee of $39 which covers against accidental damage to cottage of up to $1500.
2 nights stay minimum.
Check-in begins at 3pm or call to make special arrangements.
50% of booking will be charged at the time of reservation and is not refundable.
Balance Due no later than 30 Days Prior to Arrival.
Cottage is available year round and the rates are consistent regardless of the day. - Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
