Boca Grande Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $895-$1,295/wk
- Short-term, long-term, and 2013 rates available upon request.
Cleaning, taxes and renter registration fee additional, rates negotiable with owner.
FEES/EXPENSES/BOOKING:
In addition to the rental fee quoted and agreed upon with me, the renter pays $75 for cleaning, 12% for Florida taxes, and a $34 renter registration fee to the on-site office. There is a deposit required (size is dependent on the length of your stay and 100% reimbursed upon satisfactory check-out). The office process my bookings (they accept MC and Visa in addition to personal checks) and is staffed 7 days a week to provide help, tourist info, on-site boat slips, golf cart, bike and other rentals, and to generally make your renting experience at BG North more pleasurable. ENJOY! - Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
