Three Rivers House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $325 - $400/nt US Dollars
- Following rates are in effect through January 31, 2014 except holidays.;
(Holiday Weekends require a 3 night minimum or an extra $50 per night if only 2 nights);
$325 per night for a six night stay. ( six nights = $1950)
$350 per night for a four or five night stay. (4 nights = $1400 / 5 nights = $1750)
$375 per night for a three night stay. (3 nights = $1125)
$400 per night for a two night stay. (2 nights = $800)
Weekly rate = $2200.
Note; There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay plus a 10% county required tax.
A separate $500 Security Deposit is required at time of reservation. Full payment is required at least three weeks prior to scheduled arrival date.
Maximum number of 6 adults at the above rates.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OR PART OF THE $500 RESERVATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE HOUSE HAS BEEN SMOKED IN OR LEFT IN AN UNUSUALLY DIRTY CONDITION OR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOUSE , ITS CONTENTS, AND/OR THE PROPERTY. - Dates Available: Year Round
