- The barn guest house living area is about 1200 square feet with an open living room and dining area and kitchen. There is a wood stove in the living room as well as a television, DVD and VCR. In addition to the woodstove the guest house is heated with a monitor heater. The kitchen is fully appointed, including a dishwasher and microwave and all appliances and cooking utensils. There is a full bathroom with shower and tub, and a washing machine and dryer. There are two bedrooms, one queen bed and two single beds, and one full bathroom.
