- With an ample bedroom and bath on the first floor, this house is perfect for including grandparents on your family vacation. Kids always enjoy staying in the air conditioned room with 2 sets of bunk beds, which is perfect for bringing cousins or friends along. Best of all is the spacious master with a queen size bed, double closets, air conditioning and adjoining bath with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The master suite is set away from the rest of the house, making it a truly private and quiet getaway. The loft area has extra seating and sleeping space to accommodate friends and family. Futons (2) : One twin and one full size futon in upstairs loft. Child Bed: Toddler bed available upon request. Twin/Single Bed (2) : in 1st Floor Guest Bedroom. Bunk Bed (4) : 2 sets of bunk beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A/C unit in the room to keep the kids cool!
