- ROOM DESCRIPTION LAYOUT Captain's Quarter's located upstairs with Queen Bed, large closet and beautiful view of the waterfront from the bed. First Mate's Quarter's are located upstairs with a Queen Bed and great waterfront view from the bed also. Bathroom in between both rooms complete with tub/shower and beautiful view of water also. DOWNSTAIRS is one open room with bathroom, kitchen, dining area and entertainment area with (2) fold out queen sofa beds. Air Mattress suggested for added comfort. 'Brand New' Bathroom with 100 year old claw foot bathtub.. Wait till you see this one. It offer's a water view also. In the common area upstairs is a Futon Sofa large enough for 2 to sleep on. Downstairs in the Living Room/Entertainment/Kitchen area is a fold out sofa, large enough for two also.
