Coral Cay Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note: rate doesn't include 13% Tax.
Other fee: Cleaning fee of $75 applies to a stay. Discount is available for a longer stay. Inquire for detail.
$200 deposit is required to secure a reservation. Upon check in, the deposit will transfer to the damage deposit. $200 will be fully refunded within 14 days after the departure provided that no damage to the property and no extra cleaning needed.
The full balance is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival for domestic customers and 6 weeks for international customers.
Payment options: personal check, cashier's check and money order; major credit cards via PayPal; Chase Quick Pay - Cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount less $100 will be returned. Cancel within 30 days, no refund will be issued.
