Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Standard .. $300/night .. $1500/week .. $4000/month;
Hunting Season (gun) .......... $3000/week (4 person max);
Bow Season .............. $3000/week (4 person max);
Holiday weekends ... $400/night;
All rentals incur a $75 per stay cleaning fee ($100 for staying with pets);
Payment is thru PayPal or cash on arrival;
$200-$400 reservation/security deposit refunded within 5 days of stay - Sorry to all for the confusion on the rates, not sure how that got switched. To all those who viewed it, we will offer a $200/night for week nights for July/August/September due to the mixup.
