• BECAUSE OF ABUSE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING, WE HAVE REDUCED OUR RATES AND INSTITUTED A POWER CONSUMPTION POLICY.
  
  ALL BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $200.00 PER WEEK DEPOSIT TO COVER EXCESS POWER CONSUMPTION. GUESTS WILL BE ALLOTTED 700 KWH PER WEEK, THE METER WILL BE READ UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE, GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED TWENTY CENTS PER KWH OVER ALLOTTED. ANY USE ABOVE THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. WE EXPECT GUESTS TO DO A LIGHT CLEANING BEFORE CHECKOUT, PLEASE LEAVE OUR HOME AS TIDY AS YOU FOUND IT.
  
  $250.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.
  
  IF OUR HOME IS LEFT IN A DIRTY CONDITION, A PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED TO COVER CLEANING EXPENSE.

• If booking two weeks the second week qualifies for a 10% discount.
  
  50 per cent is required at time of booking, with the balance being required no later than 30 days before your stay begins.
  
  Cancellation policy is as follows;
  100% refund if cancelled 45 days prior to the check-in date.
  50% refund if cancelled 30 prior to check-in date.
  0% refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date.
  
  Rather than collecting a damage deposit we prefer our guests to use 'Property Damage Protection' the coverage is as follows; Max Protect- $89.00, the highest level of protection of $5000.00
  There is no deductable.
  These prices are per booking, not per day.
