Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Refundable if the house is left in proper order. - Linens and Towels included.
Hot tub is emptied and cleaned between each tenant.
Fresh water and chemicals for each group.
