The first half of the rent ($874.73 Peak / $714.23 Off Peak) is due two months before the start of your rental period. The 2nd half of the rent is due one month before the start of your rental period. Should you need to cancel your rental less than a month before the start of your rental period your rent payment will be returned to you provided we can re rent the house for your canceled rental period.
