Cedar Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Available June thru October
- In order to book and hold your reservation, we require a signed rental contract, a refundable security deposit and an optional travel protection insurance premium. The rental/security deposit of $200, the optional premium for Travel Protection Insurance ($49 or $69) and 50% of the rental total are due immediately. The rental total includes all other fees and is due in two equal installments: 50% is due immediately and 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
- CANCELLATION 30 DAYS or LESS before check-in, renters forfeit the total rental if they don’t purchase Travel Protection Insurance. CANCELLATION 31 DAYS or MORE before check-in, renters will receive a REFUND of the amounts paid less any travel insurance fee and minus a processing fee of 3.5%. EARLY DEPARTURE - There are NO REFUNDS for EARLY DEPARTURE.
