Good location 15 minutes from Disney 4 bed, 2.5 bathroom, pool home. Beautiful, newly decorated and furnished 2 storey air-conditioned house on a 1/4 of an acre plot in quiet location, only 15min from Disney. Large, fully screened pool (which can be heated at extra cost on request), covered lanai with ceiling fan and lots of space to relax or sunbathe on our luxury pool furniture. Alarmed doors to pool for child safety. Double height open plan Family room with 32' Cable TV, and DVD. Dining room, kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and stove. Breakfast area. Laundry room with large capacity washer & dryer, cloakroom, double garage. Master bedroom suite on ground floor with king size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe /dressing room/, access directly onto pool deck, spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with corner bath, large shower cubicle & his&hers basins. Upstairs-bedroom with queen size bed, TV. 2 twin bedded rooms, each with a TV and DVD player and bean bag seating. Bathroom with bath, shower and twin basins. Low traffic area making an ideal child friendly location. Approximately 20 miles from Orlando airport and only 15 minutes from Disney and other theme parks. Boating and excellent bass fishing is available nearby on Lake Tohopekaliga. Local golf, and horse riding also available.
