Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800-$3000 per day
- Rates are in US dollars per night. All rates include government tax and service charge. A miniumum of three nights is required. High Season (Dec 15 - Apr 14) Five Bedrooms $1950.00; Four Bedrooms $1750.00 ; Three Bedrooms $1550.00; Two Bedrooms $1350.00. Low Season (Apr 15 - Dec 14) $1100.00; $1000.00; $900.00; $800.00. Holiday Season (Dec 19 - Jan 02) $3000.00.
Holiday Season: 14-night, five-bedroom minimum. Holiday bookings must be paid in full and payment received sixty days prior to arrival day and are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel, payments are refundable minus 10% fee if we receive written notice at least 60 days prior to arrival date.
