Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Minimum two night stay.
$90 Cleaning Fee
$15 additional per person per nite after 4 people
50% Deposit due at time of booking, balance at check-in.

Our cancellation policy is 30 days. Refunds are honored less a $50.00 cancellation processing fee, if we are able to re-rent your accommodations. If we are unable to re-rent the accommodations we will have to retain the 50 % deposit

This is a PET FREE and SMOKE FREE home. - SPECIAL rate for rental by the month for January thru April. Book by the month (4 weeks minimum) for $2,500. Rate includes all utilities, wifi, and cable tv. The only added expense is telephone as the home does not have a home phone.

- Master has a huge walk in shower and his and her vanities. It is equipped with handicap bars at the toilet and also in the shower. There is a separate flex shower head that is handicap accessible. The toilet is elongated and is at comfort height with comfort height vanities. The second full bath has one vanity at comfort height. There is a step stool for a child's use. The toilet is elongated and also at comfort height. The half bath on the upper level has a vanity and a toilet that is elongated and also at comfort height.

- The master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king size bed. There is also a 55 inch LCD TV with DVD/VHS player for relaxing in the evening. There is a huge collection of VHS movies for you to enjoy. There is a master bath with a walk in shower and his and her vanities. The master bath is also equipped with grab bars and a separate flexible shower head. Also on the main floor is a child's bedroom with a single bed. It has a TV with a DVD/VHS and a collection of kid's VHS movies and toys. Upstairs you will find another large bedroom with a queen size bed. It has a TV and also a DVD/VHS player plus a radio. This room is a nice, quiet retreat from the rest of the house.
