Kanab House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The nightly rate is 175.00 up to 6 people and $10.00 each person thereafter.
We have a nice kennel with a doghouse on the south side of our property. Pets are welcome there. Due to some guest allergies to animals, pets are not allowed in our home. Kennel fee is $10.00 per night.
This is a non smoking home, smoking is allowed outside on the back porch - * 175.00/nt US Dollars with a 3-day minimum plus $100.00 cleaning fee.
* $49.00 Charge for accidental property damage.
* 13.2% lodging tax. includes Utah State resort tax.
* $10.00 per pet kennel fee.
* $10.00 per person per night over 6 people.
50% required at time of Booking.
Deposit fully refundable with a three week cancellation notice.

- The Master bedroom and the other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. In the Master Bedroom there is a double door leading to the Patio outside. In the Den there is a comfortable queen hide a bed. Our office has a futon that make down into a full bed. And a desk is available. In the Master Bedroom there is a walk in closet with shelves to hang and store clothing. There is also a dresser and mirror. In bedroom #2 & #3 there is a closet with shelves.
