The two car garage has a games area and is equipped with a pool table, table tennis and a CD player/radio. Cable TV is installed in all rooms. A DVD Player/VCR is in the family room. Bedroom 4 has a PS2, and bedroom 3 and an electronic game box with 76 games. A selection of DVD's, Videos and PS2 Games are available for your use.
The private screened-in pool overlooks a pine forest. It has a covered lanai and large sun deck with luxury pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The sun deck faces South West and receives direct sunlight a better part of the day. Pool heat is available upon request.
