Springtime brings flowers, birds, golf and sunshine. Peace and tranquility abound on the beaches and the 26 mile paved bike trails. Lots of Spring festivals occur in neighboring towns. Enjoy the Whale migration in Provincetown at Race Point, the tip of Cape Cod.
Summer brings Fun in the Sun on the beach for everyone. Late night barbecues in the backyard and ice cream for the kids. Nightly entertainment close by and lots of summer festivals in and around town. Take a ferry ride to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Harwich Jr. Theater, live kids theater shows in the summer, adult shows in the Spring and Fall. Lots of National Park workshops at the National Seashore in Eastham, a 20 minute ride. Enjoy a premiere collegiate summer league Cape Cod baseball league game at night for free. Fall brings less crowds but the sparkling waters of Nantucket sound are still warm. Enjoy fall cranberry festivals and fall foliage.

One is off the hall and the other is off one of the bedrooms. New large 4 foot shower with sliding door panels. Separate vanity area with large mirror. Beautiful tile floors with marble thresholds. New Moen faucets and shower head. Extra large enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower right out back door. Enough room in shower for dressing area also. Great for washing up after a day at the beach. Feel refreshed under the bright blue sky or stars at night.

Has separate entrance to upstairs bath. 3rd bedroom has one twin bed, one bunk bed with detachable safety rail, large closet and custom cabinetry and cable outlet. 3rd bedroom on 2nd floor has two twin beds and bureau. All the floors are natural oak and bead board panel for walls. Rooms have oriental scatter rugs. All rooms have large windows for plenty of ocean breezes. Fans are available if needed. All rooms have new recessed lighting on dimmer switches. All linens are included. Sheets, blankets, pillows and daily towels are provided in rental fee. Soap, toilet paper and trash bags are provided also.
