- Single floor, weekend & midweek rentals (2 day minimum stay) are available PRIOR to Memorial Day week and AFTER Labor Day week. We can also offer a couples rate for a 1 or 2 bedroom rental prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Always call or email with your request. I will do my best to accommodate you. Our goal is to help you have a wonderful vacation at our cottage. We also offer flexible payments, small $500. deposits, emailed billings/statements, MasterCard/Visa payments over the phone, multiple family payment options with a confirmation of each payment to help you track who has paid their portion of the rental. Also included (at no charge) are use of beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, beach blankets, beach carts & beach umbrellas. Towels can be provided, cost $250.- 44 bath towels, 36 wash cloths, 16 hand towels, 20 beach towels, 9 dish towels, 6 bath mats. Sheets can be provided, cost $200.00 - 5 king, 2 queen, 3 twin, 3 full. Half price cost and counts for single floor

We also provide a listing of restaurants that previous guests have enjoyed and also restaurants that we enjoy including addresses, phone numbers and websites if available. Also provided are local grocery stores and shopping information. We want you and your family to experience the best that Cape May has to offer. Special requests are always welcomed. The sectional sofa in the living room contains a full size sleeper. 2nd floor consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 with king beds, 2 with queen beds, and one with 2 twin beds. The sectional sofa in the living room contains a full size sleeper. Most of the bedrooms are large enough to set up a Pack-N-Play. There are 3 hallway baths on the 2nd floor. All 3 baths are new & 2 baths have a tub/shower combo & the 3rd bath has a new ceramic tile shower. All furniture, bedding and mattresses are new. For your convenience, linens (towels & sheets) can be provided as follows: 44 bath towels, 36 wash cloths, 16 hand towels, 20 beach towles, 9 dish towels, 6 bath mats - cost $250.00.
