Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $350/nt US Dollars
- Christmas & New Years & Spring Break... $700/night (5 night minimum);
Winter ................................ $600/night (2 night minimum);
Summer & Fall.......................... $350/night (2 night minimum);
Hot Tub Fee $250 $300 non-refundable cleaning fee;
$1000 Security Deposit due upon booking;
1/2 Due 60 days prior to rental date plus $300 cleaning fee & $250 Hot Tub fee;
Balance Due 30 Days Prior to rental date;;
Taxes are not included (thru Dec. 2009 tax 7.3125 GRT)- We accept Paypal - Dates Available: Year Round
During Christmas and Spring Break there is a 7 night minimum. Other time during the ski season minimum stay is 3 nights.

Twin/Single Bed: guest room has 2 twin beds - Cotton sheets, down comforters, down and feather pillows (also have down free - allergy pillows). Bunk Bed (2) : Loft has Bunk Beds as well as trundle beds. Convertible Bed: This is a futon found in the additional TV room.
