CANCELLATION POLICY...Full refund if the vacation rental is re-rented to someone else (less $250 administrative fee).
Keys Are To Be Mailed Back After Your Vacation - A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Check-in times are Sunday 3:00pm & check-out Sunday 10:00am
We do not rent to groups under 25yrs/or after prom/senior week.
We Do Not Rent To Anyone Under 25 Yrs Old No Proms or Graduating Senior Weekends

- There are 3 bedrooms. 1 has 2 twin size beds the other has full size bed and the Master has a queen. Located in laundry room is a queen size air mattress with built in air pump to use in the living room. It has sheets and pillows for the air mattress. We also have a brand new 'Pack-n-Play' playpen with sheets and blanket for the little one. Extra pillows and blankets are also available. I indicate it sleeps max 8....it can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children comfortably....
