- Early summer is basically the first three weeks of July-$3800.00. The last week of July through August the rate is $4000.00 and the month of September is $3500.00 Security deposit of $500.00 to be paid to me, and will be returned to you within a month of your lease termination, probably sooner. I do realize there can be normal wear and tear and I do appreciate you letting me know if something is broken, so that I can quickly get it fixed for my next guests. I provide a super clean and 'ready' home for you, in return, you leave it clean and neat, and cleaning is no charge. If the house is left a mess, you may be asked to pay for cleaners as I will have to turnover the home quickly for the next guests. Thank you for respecting the quality of this home, and paying forward for the next guests. I appreciate your efforts.
