- Rates are based on 4 person occupancy, each additional person $10 per night. Six person MAX
- * Payment Policy: One half of the payment is required upon making a reservation. Payment in full is required 45 days from the arrival date. If payment is not made with a credit card, we do require a credit card to be on file for any damages that may occur during your stay. Until payment is made we cannot hold or guarantee your reservation; furthermore, by making your reservation, you are agreeing with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail. In the case of cancellations more than 45 days prior to check-in, we will refund the entire amount less $100 as a cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is received less than 45 days prior to check-in, you will forfeit the entire amount paid. We strongly encourage trip insurance for those who have any concerns about cancellation.
