Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rental is by the week or month. Rates are $2100 /wk Memorial Day thru Labor Day and $1400/wk off season. Monthly rate determined by season and length of stay. $500 security deposit required which is refunded at end of stay. Reservation is secured with a 50% deposit. Remaining balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to stay. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Person responsible for rental must be 25 years old or older. This property is to be solely used by the guests listed on the reservation.
