Tortola Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Included in the costs are Linen, Towles changed Mid week and on Saturdays. 6 days a week of maid service for 8 hours a day. pool is cleaned 4 times a week by the gardener. electricity is included as the water. Please note that we collect the water as there is no other alternative other than purchasing it and shipping it in by truck. we have huge reserves but the idea is not to waste natures gifts. The use of the hot tub is also inclusive of the rental.
The heating of the Spa pool is an extra and its very expensive.
there is a 7% tax to be paid which is added on top of the listed price.
we can arrange a cook to come and prepare some wonderful dinners, as a massage and boat trips to the many islands and beaches.
