We do charge a security deposit of $1500.00 which is refunded with in 15 days of the check out date, provided no damage has been done to the property or furnishings, or no dirt or other messes requiring excessive cleaning or any other cost incurred by homeowner due to Guests stay. - Rental Rates are for a minimum of 1 week .
