Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $1,500.00 per night, minimum stay of 2 nights.
Based on season, number of guests. Any special event planned by guests are additional. For corporate events and weddings, please send us the details and the dates of the event. We have hosted in the past birthday parties, bridal showers and other day long events. Please email your requests.
Note:
Cleaning: Weekly $375.00: (This includes: Total house cleaning, all house laundry done, fresh bed linens, floors cleaned / waxed, dusting, appliances cleaned, hot tub / pool cleaned, fireplaces cleaned, trash removal and windows). - We encourage our guests to book as early in the season as possible.
