Camdenton Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $89.00 per night
- $150.00 (For one home) to $450(when renting all 3 homes) refundable security damage deposit needed 30 days before arrival when you pay your final payment. Returned within 5 business days of departure if no damages. No smoking. No pets allowed. MUST BE 25 years or older to rent. $85.00 cleaning fee per home. 1/3 of full payment due 5 business days after booking. 1/3 due 60 days before arrival and final due 30 days before arrival along with your damage deposit at this time. Ask about monthly rates if interested. Add 3.5% if paying by credit card. No extra charge at all for the 10x24 boat slips with lifts. 1 come with each rental. We also have 1 jet ski lift.
*Rates may be slightly higher for Spring Break.* - Choice of 3, 6 bedrooms or 8 bedrooms. $895 per week peak season for *3* bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, Living area and a 10x24 slips, 2 decks for up to 6 people per unit or $1790 for *6* bedrooms - 2 villas. Or rent our single family right next door that has 2 bedrooms one bath and have a family reunion. Up to 17 max for all 3 units. Our 2 bedroom pictures rents for just $790. per week peak season and sleeps 5. Email for off season pricing on this one.
