Davenport Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There would also be a $250 deposit required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the final total. Damage protection insurance is available for $39. If declined a security deposit of $200 is required. Once the home has been cleaned and checked after your departure, if all is in good order this will be refunded to you. If, however, there is property damage the deposit would become non-refundable and the cost of repairs would be deducted from this amount. Any funds remaining would of course be returned.
Full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
