The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes.The 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate.
This large 5 bedroom home is big enough for 2 families. There are 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. The home is situated over one storey and has a very spacious open plan design with great attention to detail.
The sitting area is spacious and comfortable and is situated around the family TV with DVD player for additional entertaiment.
