Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney. On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This good sized family home has 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom.There is a comfortable sitting room situated around the main TV and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room.All utilities have been added for maximum convienience such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave.You will also be provided with a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned.
Outside, is your private pool and furnished deck.The pool can be heated and the deck receives the sun for most of the day making it a lovely place to just lay beck and relax soaking up the Florida heat. The kids will love the pool and you will love the convienience of being in your own home and still being close enough to all that Florida has to offer.
