On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This is a well sized 5 bedroom family home which consists of 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and one room featuring a balcony overlooking your pool and spa. There is an additional family bathroom, making this a perfect home for two families.
The house has been tastefully furnished and features a comfortable sitting area situated around the main TV and DVD player and there is a separate dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave.There is a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned for your comfort.
