Situated on the corner of Old Lake Wilson Road and County Road 532 it is only ten minutes to Disney. It neighbours Reunion and Champions Gate where guests can enjoy a round of golf on one of their 5 championship golf courses, designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus - or visit the pedestrian centre with its array of shops, restaurants and boutiques.
On top of this only a few minutes away are the unlimited dining and entertainment venues on the US 192. - Access to the I4 is only 2 miles away making it an easy commute to Orlando International, Tampa or Sanford airports.
This villa has 4 bedrooms , one with a large master suite which opens onto a balcony and has a full ensuite bathroom. This property also has 2 other full family bathrooms.
Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons which you would expect from a modern new villa which includes a dishwasher, large refrigerator and full cooking facilities as well as having a seperate laundry area.
A comfortable living area with full size sofas around a cable TV with DVD player, as well as a formal dining area which is seperate.
Outside you will find a covered seating area , ideal for breakfasting before visting all that Florida has to offer as well as your own pool to come home and relax in. All in all a great base for you and your family to enhance your stay in beautiful Florida.
