Dennisport Studio Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $400-$850 a week
- CLEANING FEE: a one time charge of $40 is due on all rentals
Payment of one half of total is due upon booking.
Once I'm in receipt of deposit, a rental agreement will be sent for signature and return.
The rental agreement has all the necessary information you need about renting.
Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if day(s) week(s) can be rented.
