Davenport Lakes Private Home Summary
From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly coloured houses create a feeling of peace and tranquillity. The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.
The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the community.
This lovely home has 4 bedrooms, with 2 master bedrooms with ensuite and an additional family bathroom.
The home has a comfortable sitting room and is situated around one of many TV's in the house which also comes with a DVD player and VCR.There is a dining room and a well equipped kitchen which comes complete with a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. There is a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned.
Outside the pool and deck are set in a peaceful area as the home faces on to conservation, making it a great spot for spotting wildlife. The pool is very inviting, especially after a long day sightseeing, and the deck is fully furnished, perfect for those sunworshipers!
This home makes a great base for anyone who wants some peace and quiet but wishes to be close enough to the action. You will take home happy memories after your vacation.
