- Check-in at 3:30 (flexibility on demand). Check-out at 12 noon (flexibility on demand). Cancellations require 60 day notice. If canceled after stated date, one night stay will be charged as penalty.

- Refundable deposit of $300 required for any damages and/or losses. This fee will be returned within 7 days of checkout should you leave the apartment as you found it.
- Payment is collected in the following manner. Cash, Money Order, Bank or Cashiers check. PayPal can also be used however if used via credit card a transaction fee of 2.99% is to be added to cover the additional fees.
If you want to rent my apartment there is a basic lease agreement that must be read, signed and returned by fax, mail or e-mail along with a copy of your drivers license or valid photo ID.
This is a non-smoking unit. No young children or pets are allowed. - Monthly renters are responsible for any utility charges over the first $100 used.
Peak monthly rental guest fee is provided upon request
